Coastal Walk from Coogee to Bondi
At Bondi. Done with the Walk. Time for ice cream!
It was a LONG walk on a HOT day but was well worth it.
Needless to say, however, we both slept well that night.

This was the best fireworks display I've ever seen and the largest celebration I've ever been a part of. Oh, and the frozen yogurt in my hand was delicious!
The Interview
So here I am doing my best to look snazzy for my interview, which as it turns out was really just a meet and greet. The staff at Haberfield is very friendly and I think I'm really going to like it there. I've already gotten to be very hands on and I've only been there twice.

The Blue Mountains

And, there were TONS of wild cockatoos flying around, it was awesome
Olympic Park
The stadium is huge! It held about 110,000 people during the games and can be evacuated in 15 minutes. There are also these big spiral ramps ( you can see one off to the right) that allow ambulance access to every level. Smart thinking, Australia!

I've only been to a couple of beaches so far, but I have to say I prefer Coogee over Bondi. Much less crowded.
side note: one of my roommates got clocked by a surfboard at Bondi on the second day we were here. He's going to be on TV... he's pretty excited about it
The School
I'm attending the Billy Blue school in Northern Sydney just across the harbor from where I live. This means I pass the opera house everyday on my way to class as I take the train across the harbor bridge, which is you ask me is pretty cool. The school is a cute little english college right in the city with lots of shops and such around it so it's really convenient to get stuff on my way home as long as I'm in the area. I like it! :)
